How it Works
Step 1: Individual Assessments
Each team member completes an Integrative Enneagram assessment (20–40 minutes online).
Every participant receives a personalized report outlining their Enneagram type, subtype, strengths, and growth areas.

Step 2: Team-Building Workshop (2–3 Hours)
A dynamic session (in person or virtual) that combines teaching, reflection, dialogue, and light embodied practice.
We’ll explore:

A fresh overview of the Enneagram as a map for growth and awareness — not limitation.

Insights into each team member’s type, subtype, and work-related needs.

Team-level discussions on strengths, blind spots, and patterns of communication.

Practical tools to navigate conflict, improve collaboration, and build trust.
