Explore the transformative potential of your most meaningful relationships through the powerful lens of the Enneagram and the embodied wisdom of Authentic Movement. This immersive weekend workshop invites you into deeper intimacy, self-awareness, and connection—with yourself and others.
This workshop offers tangible tools to help you stay with sensation, emotion, and energy in real time.
Through Authentic Movement, you’ll better understand the experience of witnessing and being witnessed. Through the Enneagram, you’ll gain insight into your relational patterns and blind spots. Together, these practices create the conditions for compassion, curiosity, and present moment transformation.
Whether you attend solo or with a partner, friend, family member, or collaborator, you will:

Join Rachael Bonaiuto and I for a daylong workshop where the wisdom of the Enneagram meets the intuitive practice of Authentic Movement to foster self-discovery, healing, and deeper connection.
Through guided teachings and movement exploration, you’ll gain insight into your Enneagram type, explore unconscious patterns, and embody pathways of growth and integration.
This workshop includes a personalized Integrative Enneagram Assessment and welcomes all levels of experience with the Enneagram or Authentic Movement.
An optional overview of Authentic Movement and the Enneagram will be offered on Friday evening 9/19.
