What is Leader Development Coaching?​

Great leadership isn't just a skill set - it's a way of showing up.
This coaching package is designed for organizations investing in the growth of their leaders, managers, and emerging leaders. It weaves one-on-one coaching with Enneagram insight to help leaders show up with more self-awareness, clarity, and skill - both for their own sake and for the people who depend on them.

Unlike individual Transformational Coaching, this work is anchored in the professional context: goals are shaped in partnership with the leader's supervisor, so the coaching supports both who they're becoming and what their role requires of them.
How it Works
We begin with a 3-month minimum commitment, meeting twice a month to build momentum and establish a strong coaching relationship. After that initial season, some leaders shift to once-a-month sessions to sustain and integrate their growth.

Together, we set both personal and professional development goals - usually informed by conversation with the leader's supervisor, so the work stays connected to real responsibilities and real growth areas within the organization.

If your team has already completed Enneagram assessments, we can build directly on that foundation. For leaders who want a deeper dive, I offer an optional upgrade to the Enneagram Pro Report ($60) - about 14 additional pages of insight, including reflections specifically on management and leadership. It's not required, but it's a valuable tool for leaders ready to go beyond a 101-level understanding of their type.
